Cautionary Notes when using the Electric Actuator Selection System
CKD Corporation and its group companies (hereinafter collectively referred to as "CKD") authorizes the use of this Model Selection System, including electronic documents, drawing data, and image data (hereinafter referred to as "the Model Selection System"), provided that the customer complies with these license terms and accepts the disclaimer.
CKD may change the license conditions and disclaimer, the contents of the model selection system, and the specifications of registered CKD products without prior notice.
- The Model Selection System is provided for customers who access CKD's website (homepage) and is intended to be used solely for the purpose of selecting CKD products, evaluating their implementation, and performing various technical calculations related to the products.
- All copyrights and other intellectual property rights of the Model Selection System are owned by CKD, and customers may only use the system within the scope of its intended purpose.
- It is strictly prohibited to perform any actions that constitute copyright or intellectual property infringement beyond the scope of the license terms, including but not limited to reproduction, redistribution, modification, or name changes of the Model Selection System or any of its constituent programs and data, whether in whole or in part.

When selecting or using CKD products, please ensure that you thoroughly review the relevant model's catalog, specifications, instruction manual, handling precautions, and other documentation issued by CKD. - Safety factors are not included in the calculation results provided by the Model Selection System.
Please consider appropriate safety factors when selecting and implementing CKD products. - For numerical inputs in the Model Selection System, please use a period (".") as the decimal separator and a comma (",") as the digit separator.
Please note that using different separators may cause system errors.
CKD assumes no responsibility for errors resulting from incorrect input formats.
If you notice any discrepancies in the selection results, please verify that periods and commas have been entered correctly. - Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, CKD shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from the use of the Model Selection System, including but not limited to data loss, lost profits, recovery costs, special damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, or indirect damages, regardless of the cause or theory of liability.
